Possibilities on the job market:
Transport organisers arrange domestic and international road transport. Their responsibilities include accepting shipping orders, preparing shipping documents, concluding shipping agreements, calculating shipping costs, and finding the best route and means of shipping. The purpose of a transport organiser is to forward shipments, documents, and information smoothly and efficiently between parties of a shipping process.
Transport organisers communicate with clients and colleagues. Transport organiser’s job requires independence, as well as teamwork skills. They must be able to solve problems promptly and independently and find alternative solutions. When communicating with transporters, they provide direct orders.
