What kind of potential does a sales assistant hide?
The purpose of a sales assistant is to guarantee the satisfaction of clients and reaching of company goals with smooth operation of sales and services. They understand the role of trade and its relationship with other industries.
Sales manager works at a trade or service company or a sales unit of a manufacturer as an assistant of head of sales; they are capable of replacing the head of sales if necessary.
Sales manager is ready to work in a changing environment and can act in a flexible creative manner according to the situation and the needs of clients. They help the head of sales when monitoring and analysing sales results and preparing and correcting sales budgets. Sales manager serves and advises customers, prepares sales offers and purchase and sale documents, solves work problems independently and represents their company to the extent they are authorized.
