Aim and outcome: Aimed to promote knowledge of hygiene development and learning opportunities in the field of health care and cleaning services. For that, developing multilingual digital learning material that can be used in both vocational training and training of new employees in the labor market, as well as in-service training of existing employees. The digital teaching material, focusing on hygiene, will be developed together with Finnish and Estonian experts in the field of vocational training, health care and cleaning services.
When and where: Training was conducted in 2017.
In April, 2017, 20 teachers and support staff from 20 Järvamaa Vocational Education Centres and 10 Nurme School took part.

When and where: 16.-17. November 2017 at Järva County Vocational Training Centre (JKHK)
Target group: 12-hour training for 60 JKHK employees was organized.
Aim and outcome: To improve the quality of vocational education at school. According to the school development plan 2016-2020, one of the important challenges is to “improve the quality of internship organization, which is the training of supervisors and recognition of internships”
When and where: 01.10.2017-15.01.2018, Järva County Vocational Training Centre.
Funded: The project budget was 4 500 euros. The project was funded by the European Social Fund.
Target group: Specialist, managers and teachers
Aim: The project was presented in the Call for Proposals “School-based School Team Learning Event” announced for the implementation of “Joint Learning of School Teams for the Implementation of Educational Innovations”.
Outcome: Leaders of the Järva County Vocational Training Centre and members of the management (10 people) took part in a short training course “From Specialist to Manager” and the participants were given a 360 degree feedback process, during which each participant received feedback on his / her activities as a manager from his / her superior, subordinates and colleagues.

Funded: The budget for the project is EUR 9,997.95. The project is funded by the European Social Fund.
Target group: Teachers
Aim and outcome of the project is to develop the organizational culture of the school in such a way that a refreshing learning concept and modern learning methods would find the way to every lesson. This will be accomplished by 2017/18. As a result of the project, at least 35 teachers from Järva County Vocational Training Centre were renewed.
